Aysel continues her postgraduate education at Baku State University. Aysel is customer service representative, which is responsible for managing General English, Business English, IELTS, GMAT, GRE, SAT, TOEFL and Russian language courses. She greets customers and answers questions or requests from customers. One of her main duties answering incoming phone calls, assisting and supporting administrative staff in their day-to-day operations. In addition, Aysel helps to other language skills coordinators to record details of customer contracts, schedule lessons and provide students by study materials.
