Gunel Badalova has recently graduated Khazar University, the faculty of English teaching. Gunel’s duties include to understand the mindset of customers, to relay information in concise and clear manner, to organize placement, progress, end of course tests, to attract the customers, to create good relationships between tutors and customers, to organize English lessons. Also Gunel helps to other language skills coordinators to maintain customer records by updating account information, resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution, to ensure the teachers and student with course schedules and lesson programs. Gunel’s warm greeting of customers makes her valuable team member.
