Ulkar Gahramanli has done her bachelor degree in English Language and Literature, Qafqaz University. After graduating in 2017 she started to do her master degree in Linguistics, Khazar University. During her university years, Ulkar Gahramanli has participated in several events and academic organizations as a coordinator and a volunteer. She first started her teaching experience with primary school and high school children in 2017, then has continued working as a General English instructor. She has been an ESL teacher for engineering foundation students at Khazar University since 2019. At the moment she is also working as a General English Instructor at "Barattson" .
