Fuad Abdullayev

Fuad Abdullayev graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in industry organization and management. In 2018 he graduated from the Azerbaijan State Economic University with a master's degree in Business Administration and Management. From August 20 to October 20, 2016, he started volunteering at the ASAN Service Center.

From January 30 to May 1, 2017, he participated in a 3-month internship in the Marketing Department at Azer-Turk Bank OJSC. In June-July of the current year, Fuad participated in the internship program in Binagadi branch of Amrahbank OJSC.

From October to December 2017, Fuad actively participated in the internship program of Barattson LLC. Given Fuad's high performance at the company, he was offered the position of Project Manager Assistant in December. Fuad, who has held this position until September, has been promoted to Research and Development Specialist since October.

During this period, Fuad conducted internal and external company surveys and performance analysis, built-in CRM systems, developed new products for the company (ACCA Placement Test, ACCA FA Trial, SAT trial, etc.), HR automation on Excel. He has been directly involved in the development of a systematic procedure for holding internal and external events and in a number of projects.

Fuad also participated in the project for conducting an English language exam at the Baku Modern Educational Complex, and developing a web presentation on the sale of real estate and KOBIA project

Fuad applied the Agile Scrum methodology, which is most often used in IT projects, for the non-IT sector to create systematic management in connection with the expansion of the department.

Fuad has been an administrator of the SchoolMan system since October 2018, and the administrator of Barattson's official site since June 2019.

From January 13, 2020, he has been working as the Manager of the Research and Development Department.
