On February 8, 2025, a remarkable event was held to celebrate the strategic partnership between “Barattson” and “RSM Azerbaijan”. The event was organized to create new opportunities for young professionals seeking a career in finance. Throughout the event, participants had the chance to listen to valuable insights from industry leaders and finance experts, gain essential knowledge, and learn about future collaboration opportunities.

The event commenced with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Following this, key figures such as Elshan Rahimov, Chairman of the Board of “Barattson” MMC, Sabuhi Gulmammadov, Executive Director of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Elvin Huseynzada, Head of Audit Department / Partner at “RSM Azerbaijan”, delivered speeches emphasizing the significance of the event and the future prospects of the collaboration. Nigar Ismayilova, Head of the Audit Organization and Analysis Department of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan, also attended the event as a guest.

“Barattson” and “RSM Azerbaijan” Partnership: New career prospects for young professionals

The primary objective of the event was to announce a new collaboration model between “Barattson” and “RSM Azerbaijan”. As part of this partnership, students who successfully complete finance specialization courses (F3, F7, DipIFR, CIA, etc.) at “Barattson” will be eligible for internship and potential employment opportunities at “RSM Azerbaijan”. This initiative will enable participants to gain not only theoretical knowledge but also real-world experience, helping them develop their professional skills.

One of the most crucial moments of the event was the signing of the memorandum of partnership. Elshan Rahimov, Chairman of the Board of “Barattson” and Elvin Huseynzada, Head of Audit Department / Partner at “RSM Azerbaijan”, signed this significant document on stage. The memorandum marks a major step towards a long-term collaboration, aiming to expand career opportunities in the finance sector.

After the official part of the event, participants engaged in a Q&A session, where they had the chance to interact directly with experts and ask questions on topics of interest. Towards the end of the event, a lottery was organized, where participants had the opportunity to win discounts on Barattson’s training programs:
