Mirteyub Teyubli is a procurement professional with over 5 years of experience in purchasing and resource management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Resource Management from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and a Master’s degree in Public and Local Administration from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He also enhanced his expertise through an International Training Program in Finland. He is a 2nd Class Civil Servant and holds various local certifications in his field. Mirteyub efficiently utilizes professional software including 1C and MESD in his work.
