Event Organizer
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, manage, coordinate, and oversee internal and external event projects in collaboration with the Marketing Department Head;
- Plan events related to staff with the HR Department Head;
- Evaluate and analyze proposed ideas, concepts, and scenarios;
- Collaborate with the team involved in the preparation and implementation of the event;
- Organize participants, venue, equipment, and promotional materials;
- Negotiate with subcontractors involved in the event organization;
- Resolve any conflicts that arise during the event in a psychologically skilled manner.
Main Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Age range: 25-31;
- Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani, proficiency in English and Russian is an advantage;
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs;
- At least 6 months of experience in event organization;
- Creativity and ability to work with PR tools;
- Ability to work on two or more projects simultaneously;
- Ability to set tasks and clearly describe and outline them.

- Organizational and negotiation skills;
- Presentation skills, ability to effectively communicate ideas;
- Flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
Work Schedule: Five-day work week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (subject to change depending on events).
Salary: 700-800 AZN
