Event Organizer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, manage, coordinate, and oversee internal and external event projects in collaboration with the Marketing Department Head;
  • Plan events related to staff with the HR Department Head;
  • Evaluate and analyze proposed ideas, concepts, and scenarios;
  • Collaborate with the team involved in the preparation and implementation of the event;
  • Organize participants, venue, equipment, and promotional materials;
  • Negotiate with subcontractors involved in the event organization;
  • Resolve any conflicts that arise during the event in a psychologically skilled manner.

Main Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Age range: 25-31;
  • Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani, proficiency in English and Russian is an advantage;
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs;
  • At least 6 months of experience in event organization;
  • Creativity and ability to work with PR tools;
  • Ability to work on two or more projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to set tasks and clearly describe and outline them.

  • Creative and artistic thinking;
  • Organizational and negotiation skills;
  • Presentation skills, ability to effectively communicate ideas;
  • Flexibility and problem-solving abilities.

Work Schedule: Five-day work week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (subject to change depending on events).

Salary: 700-800 AZN
