Representative for mock exams

Main Responsibilities:

  • Informing clients;

  • Registering candidates and executing operations according to the process;

  • Organizing mock exams and providing high-level service to participants;

  • Organizing speaking tests;

  • Other administrative tasks.

Main Requirements:

  • Higher education;

  • Communication skills;

  • Friendly and patient demeanor;

  • Ability to work efficiently;

  • Experience in customer service is preferred;

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel;

  • Language skills: Azerbaijani - excellent (native), English - upper intermediate.

Work Schedule: Five-day work week (09:00-18:00);

Salary: 350 AZN + bonus.
