Telesales operator

Main job responsibilities:

- To contact potential applicants on the basis of the database provided by phone and to sell to them over the phone;

- Organizing sales by providing detailed and accurate information about the taught trainings to the applicants;

- Entering the information of applicants into the CRM database;

- Conduct regular work to convert applicants into clients;

- To carry out the tasks of the department head.

 

Basic requirements:

-  Higher education (Finance, economics is desirable);

- Language skills: Azerbaijani - fluent, knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage;

-  Sales experience is desirable;

 

Personal qualities:

- Sociable, smiling;

- Ability to listen;

- Fluency in speech;

- Ability to convince people;

- Ability to work flexibly;

- Discipline and be responsible for one's work.

 

Schedule: Six-day working week, (weekdays 10:00-18:00, Saturday short working day (10:00-16:00))

Salary: 400-450 AZN + bonus (salary increase is gradual)
