Orkhan İsayev

Orkhan Isayev is a professional trainer with over 14 years of experience in Human Resources and organizational development. He has worked as a consultant and project manager in various HR projects both in Azerbaijan and abroad, and has over 10 years of experience delivering training to hundreds of professionals.

During his career, he was recognized as the "Best Team Leader and Consultant" in the largest HR project in the South Caucasus - the "SOCAR HR Infrastructure Development Project". He is also an expert for the “Yuksalish” national competition and the founder and head of the Azerbaijan Human Resources Professionals (AHRP) platform - the first HR-focused professional platform in the country.

Mr. Isayev holds the internationally recognized CIPD certification. He earned his Bachelor’s degree (BBA) in Business Administration from "Qafqaz" University (now Baku Engineering University) and his Master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration from the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University. He currently serves as the Director of Business Partner LLC, a consulting company specializing in management and human resources.
